CPRS 2024: Retrospective
For over three decades, DBA has been an integral part of the CPRS show, and each year has brought us greater joy and satisfaction than the one before. Let’s take a moment to reminisce about the excitement and enjoyment experienced at CPRS 2024 in Palm Springs.
To set the scene, we showcased an expansive booth spanning 2,200 square feet, featuring an array of products from Playworld, Earthscape, Berliner, Trekfit, ExoFit, and other brands showcasing their latest releases. We were also fortunate to have personalized turf generously provided by Forever Lawn INC., which truly enhanced our overall presentation.
Our DBA family in attendance included all of our territory managers, our executives, and representatives from the brands.
It’s no secret that we have been hosting the DBA x CPRS All-conference Social for years now. So when the exhibit hall opened on day one, people flooded in to get registered! This year, we decided to add a fun twist by gifting every entrant a cowboy hat to really get them into the country mood! And people loved them! By the mid-second day of the exhibit, we had given away all of our 600 hats.
The party kicked off at 7PM with folks making their way to the dancefloor for the 7:30 Linedancing lessons – It was a real hoot getting to know how to 2-step, electric slide, and much more! Once everyone was equipped with their newfounded dancing skills – the ever-impressive Scotty Mac Band took the stage for the next four hours – with a setlist jam-packed with country and pop greatest hits! After the fun and games were had, we closed out the amazing party at midnight with many still ready to party (Us parks and Rec folks get rowdy)!
